Bahan:

1 ekor ayam negeri, potong-potong jadi 12 buah
air jeruk nipis dari 1 buah jeruk nipis
1 buah tomat, diiris
2 btg sereh, digeprek
2 btg daun bawang, diiris 1 cm
3 lbr daun jeruk
2 ikat daun kemangi
garam secukupnya
gula secukupnya
merica secukupnya
air secukupnya

Bumbu halus:
5 siung bawang merah
100 gr cabe merah keriting
50 gr cabe rawit merah
1 ruas kunyit
1 ruas jahe
5 btr kemiri

Cara membuat:

- Ayam dilumuri garam dan air jeruk nipis, sisihkan.

- Siapkan bahan lainnya dan bumbu halus.

- Tumis bumbu halus dan sereh sampai harum dan matang.
- Masukkan ayam, tambahkan air, aduk rata.

- Masukkan irisan tomat, sereh, dan daun jeruk. Aduk rata lalu tutup wajannya, masak dengan api sedang, sampai ayam matang dan kuahnya tinggal sedikit.
- Bubuhkan garam, gula dan merica, lalu masukkan irisan daun bawang dan kemangi.

- Aduk sebentar, angkat. Hidangkan panas2.
